Car painting masking tape uses crepe paper as backing material, one side coated with acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive, the other side coated with prevent sticking material. It has good performance in high temperature resistance, resistance to chemical solvents, high adhesion, soft and submissive, and no adhesive residue after tearing off the tape.
The temperature resistance of car painting masking tape is 120℃. The thickness is about 0.14mm±10%. The general width of masking tape is 18mm, 24mm, 30mm, 36mm, 48mm, 50mm. The general length of masking tape is 20m, 25m, 30m, 40m, 50m. Customized size is also available.
Size of jumbo roll is 1250mm(usable width) x 1800m.

OPERATION CAUTIONS
1. Glued surface should be kept dry and clean, otherwise it will affect the viscosity of adhesive.
2. Exert a certain force to make the good combination of adhesive tape and glued thing.
3. Tear off the tape once finish using it, in order to avoid the phenomenon of adhesive residue.
4. If the masking tape is applied to outdoor with sun exposure, the masking tape should have UV resistant function, or there may be adhesive residue.
5. The same tapes may show different , when applied to different environment and different content, such as glass, metal, plastic, etc. So it is necessary to make a trial before a large number of applications.
